The new immigration guidelines place those who have their change of status applications (T/U visa, VAWA, marriage, student, etc) denied, in deportation proceedings. Find out what these new guidelines mean for you and how we can fight back as a community! This Know Your Rights training is generously supported by New York Community Trust and the New York Women's Foundation.

There will also be a report back from Damayan organizer Riya Ortiz on the plight of the urban poor from Catmon, Malabon, Philippines, and how organizers are fighting back.
