International Domestic Worker Day

  • Elmcor Louis Armstrong Center 33-16 108th Street Corona, NY, 11368 United States (map)

Please let NDWA know if your organization will be participating in the event, and how many members you plan to bring, so we can have a head count for the food, and also to follow up with more details about the program. We would love for all the affiliates to play a role in the program during the event.

Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for your help in making this event a success!

Join the NY Domestic Worker Coalition, the National Domestic Workers Alliance, and We Dream in Black on Sunday, June 16th, 2024 to celebrate International Domestic Worker Day. Our celebration will center the life and legacy of our movement mother, Dorothy Bolden, to celebrate her 100th birthday and also lift up the important contributions of domestic workers in New York with a proclamation from the NY State Senate honoring domestic workers.
