• Agenda: Receive no-cost mammogram from Damayan’s Partners, The American Italian Cancer Foundation and Multi Diagnostic Services, Inc., a licensed and accredited mammography provider

• FIRST COME, FIRST-SERVED, Limited Slots based on eligibility

• Pagkatapos mag-RSVP, tatawagan po kayo para masigurado ang inyong slot.

Eligibility:

• Women, aged 40-75 years old

• New York City resident

• Did not have a mammogram screening within the last 12 months

• Not pregnant or breastfeeding

• No breast implants

Insurance

• Eligible uninsured patients will be enrolled in the NY State Cancer Services Program, who will cover the cost of the screening.

• If you have medical insurance, please bring your medical health insurance card to receive services. AICF will bill the insurance company for the visit. Patients will not be billed for services, co-pays or deductibles.
